Key Responsibilities

  • •Contribute to implementation of system-wide strategy and assist with development/preservation of system-wide and Faculty/Division-specific policies.
  • •Teach courses aligned with course syllabus and program goals, applying strategies for effective student learning in a second-language environment and providing continuous feedback using assessment tools.
  • •Evaluate students, timely update grades, and contribute to question banks and/or coursework assessments as requested.
  • •Serve as student advisor as assigned; support and mentor students during internships/work placements and maintain office hours to advise students.
  • •Engage in applied research aligned to the faculty’s interests and the national innovation agenda; participate in conferences, committees, and student group activities, and contribute to continuous improvement of teaching/learning/assessment/quality assurance.

Key Requirements

  • •A Ph.D. in a relevant discipline is required where applicable.
  • •Or a Master’s Degree plus a professional certification relevant to the discipline with 5 years of teaching and industry experience.
  • •Or a Bachelor's Degree may be considered for candidates with extensive industry experience and industry certification as per the discipline requirement.
  • •Minimum 3 years teaching experience in the relevant discipline.
  • •Experience developing course curriculum per accreditation and international standards, including incorporating educational technology into curriculum and instructional strategies.
