  • •Harmonize quality testing, laboratory practices, data systems, reporting, and document-control processes across all three locations.
  • •Monitor and analyze quality, laboratory, production, and process data to identify trends, emerging risks, and opportunities and verify effective process controls.
  • •Continuously improve feed safety and quality programs to maintain compliance with laws, regulations, customer expectations, and certification requirements.
  • •Lead or support investigations into nonconformances, process deviations, supplier issues, and customer concerns, including root-cause analysis and corrective and preventive actions.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in a science-related field (engineering, food science, chemistry, biology, quality, or related).
  • •Quality or feed safety experience in a manufacturing environment (food, animal feed, ingredients, mineral processing, or related industrial sector).
  • •Experience developing, implementing, or managing quality management and food/feed safety systems compliant with feed safety regulations and GMPs.
  • •Ability to lead, coach, and influence employees and leaders across multiple locations without relying solely on direct authority.
  • •Preferred: PCQI, HACCP, Safe Feed/Safe Food, or lead auditor (or comparable) certification; supplier and laboratory oversight; audit/inspection experience; knowledge of mining/mineral processing or heavy industrial operations.
