Key Responsibilities

  • •Implement technical strategy and strategic operational goals to exceed customer expectations across product development, quality, cost, and delivery.
  • •Identify and resolve technical design and constructional problems, ensuring optimized technical excellence.
  • •Manage the technical team on-site by providing directions, strategy, and daily/weekly/monthly tasks and work plans.
  • •Maintain a safe working environment and ensure application of the company Health and Safety Policy.
  • •Oversee quality of deliverables, contribute to strategic project decisions, and maintain liaison with statutory authorities and key stakeholders.

Key Requirements

  • •Minimum 8 years working experience with 5 years in a relevant supervisory position.
  • •Advanced knowledge of engineering principles, techniques, policies, and procedures.
  • •Ability to prepare detailed method statements and oversee the preparation of technical drawings.
  • •Knowledge of project management and cost management.
  • •ERP knowledge, preferably SAP functional skills.
