Key Responsibilities

  • •Prime vehicles and perform final sanding before the vehicle is painted
  • •Buff vehicles and complete paint touch-ups
  • •Mix paint and use airbrush for finishing
  • •Use state-of-the-art tools in Carvana vehicle reconditioning/inspection environments
  • •Perform work while meeting production demands, including potential mandatory overtime

Key Requirements

  • •At least 1 year of professional automotive painting experience
  • •Physically operate vehicle equipment and tools; must be able to lift up to 60 pounds independently

  • •Work in a fast-paced production environment, sometimes exposed to excessive weather conditions (heat/cold)
  • •Use safety equipment including items such as face shield or goggles, non-slip shoes, gloves, mask, and other protective garments
