Key Requirements

•Currently pursuing a Bachelor's, Master's, or PhD in Computer Science, Mathematics, Engineering, or a related field.
•Strong research background in areas such as LLM training, LLM interpretability, LLM agents, reinforcement learning, or LLM/AI agent safety.
•Excellent coding ability and strong fundamentals in data structures and algorithms; proficiency in C/C++ or Python preferred.
•Experience with influential projects or papers in ML, NLP, and LLMs is preferred.
•Excellent problem analysis and problem-solving skills, with good communication and collaboration.
