Job Summary

Design and build AI-enabled backend services for Trend Micro's cybersecurity platform. You will leverage AI-native tools across the full development lifecycle, collaborate with architects, PMs, developers, QA, and UI designers to deliver features, implement scalable microservices, and ensure reliable, secure deployments while advancing AI-driven development workflows. You’ll gain exposure to cloud deployments, containers, and IaC, impacting enterprise security solutions.

Key Responsibilities

•Design, develop, test, deploy, and support high-quality software solutions.
•Collaborate with architects, project managers, developers, QA, and UI designers to develop products that satisfy customer needs.
•Leverage AI-native development tools across every stage of the development lifecycle to deliver stable, high-quality output.
•Create and execute test cases and scripts to validate functionality, performance, reliability, and security.
•Troubleshoot and debug complex issues and automate release processes to improve efficiency.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or equivalent industry experience.
•Familiarity with AI-native development tools (e.g., Claude Code, GitHub Copilot, Cursor) and maintaining consistent AI configurations.
•Established a repeatable AI-native development workflow across every stage of the development lifecycle.
•Familiarity with context engineering practices and leveraging or building agent tools (e.g., AI Agent Skills, MCP servers).
•Familiarity with one of the programming languages (e.g. Golang, Python, Java, Node.js, C#).
