AVP, Credit Model Development (L11)

Lead the lifecycle of credit and fraud models for customer acquisition and account management, from initiation through retirement. You’ll develop and evaluate models using statistical and machine learning techniques (e.g., XGBoost, Random Forest, LightGBM), drive model monitoring with deep-dive root-cause analysis, and support model risk documentation and validation. Partner with credit and fraud strategy teams and collaborate globally while operating as a doer-leader managing a small team.
