Key Responsibilities

  • •Investigate booking records flagged for commission discrepancies where received supplier payment differs from expected amounts in the internal system.
  • •Conduct root cause analysis to determine whether variances come from supplier overpayment/underpayment or incorrect internal system recording.
  • •Document all investigative steps, findings, and resolutions, and report recurring variance patterns or systemic issues.
  • •Collaborate with the Accounts Receivable (AR) team to support accurate booking reconciliation and payment allocation.
  • •Maintain high accuracy and integrity in all financial data related to commission payments and variances.
