Key Responsibilities

  • •Run benchmarks, query the data, and investigate failures to understand vendor strengths, failure modes, and trade-offs.
  • •Turn benchmark findings into content including posts, graphs, charts, and updates for benchmark v2.
  • •Design and build data visualizations that present key trade-offs such as precision vs. latency and F1 vs. cost.
  • •Own distribution to LinkedIn, X, and HN, ensuring the work is genuinely useful to both people and agents.
  • •Stay updated on existing benchmark landscape (e.g., SWE-bench, Terminal-bench, BrowseComp) and propose what to benchmark next.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 21,000 - 27,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Background in Statistics, Engineering, or Data Science.
  • •Working knowledge of Search Engine Optimization (SEO).
  • •Taste and opinions on great vs. bad design.
  • •Working knowledge of Claude Code and Claude Design, or creating standout data visualizations.
  • •Ability to deeply dig into benchmark results to find credible failures, strengths, and trade-offs.
