Key Responsibilities

  • •Own the agent experience across its lifecycle: discovery/recommendation, integration/onboarding, production use, and verification.
  • •Stand up and maintain a system to measure and optimize the full funnel for agents as agent behavior changes.
  • •Own agent-specific product surfaces including signup/authentication, trial-key/token defaults, programmatic key provisioning, console onboarding, and verification tooling.
  • •Define requirements for shared developer platforms (SDK ergonomics, agent-readable documentation/llms.txt, MCP server, CLI, skills package, starter templates) and prototype changes with platform owners.
  • •Build an operating system for data-driven optimization and experimentation, using fast feedback loops from agent traffic to improve the product.

Salary: USD 200,000 - 268,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Excellent product management judgment: own product/roadmap, set direction, decide under uncertainty, ship outcomes, and lead cross-functional work without authority.
  • •Former engineer depth: previously a senior software engineer or more, able to architect and ship production systems and read/write real code.
  • •Deep AI fluency proven by shipped AI work (e.g., agents, MCP servers, CLI tools, evaluation harnesses) that is publicly accessible (e.g., GitHub).
  • •Ability to stand up a complete system from scratch, including business rhythms, reporting/optimization, and experimentation.
  • •PLG and developer-product fluency: understand how developers and their agents adopt APIs and product-led growth.
