Store Manager - Acapulco

Lead day-to-day operations for the parts and spare parts business for HVAC and refrigeration in Acapulco. Supervise store sales representatives, set goals, and ensure achievement of annual sales targets and operating margin. Manage inventory with cyclic counts, forecasting, and DFR resupply processes, support customers with technical assistance and warranty follow-ups, and drive customer acquisition through field activity.
