Job Summary

Join a retail banking onboarding program and become a Financial Center Personal Banker. Use a consultative sales process and Financial Needs Assessment to identify customer needs, recommend retail consumer and small business solutions, and set appointments using approved marketing tools. Cross-sell, participate in outside sales and community events, and coordinate referrals with mortgage and business partners while processing teller transactions and supporting risk management and confidentiality.

•Use the consultative sales process and Financial Needs Assessment to build customer profiles and identify current and future financial needs.
•Maintain knowledge of retail products and recommend appropriate solutions using the company’s value proposition.
•Use CAMP and approved marketing tools to reach out to customers and set appointments for periodic financial reviews.
•Cross-sell to existing customers and engage in outside sales activities such as onsite presentations, business sales calls, and community financial literacy events.
•Process teller transactions and help support financial center platform staffing while following risk, confidentiality, and policy requirements.

Key Requirements

•College degree or work experience with transferrable skills (or a combination of education and experience).
•Demonstrated ability to learn and perform consultative sales activities to acquire and cross-sell to customers.
•In-depth knowledge of retail consumer and small business products/services and ability to recommend solutions.
•Ability to demonstrate understanding of advanced math functions for analysis of credit and financial information.
•This position requires S.A.F.E. Act registration through NMLS at time of employment.
