Counsel II (Employment)

Provide practical employment law counsel to HR and business leaders, with a focus on mitigating employment litigation risk. Manage employment-related litigation and administrative complaints, oversee investigations, and represent the company in hearings, including labor arbitrations and NLRB matters. Draft and implement compliant workplace policies and employee handbooks, translate legislative and executive order changes into policy, and train internal partners on legal risk mitigation.
