Key Responsibilities

  • •Maintain restaurant cleanliness efficiently and professionally to support a great guest experience.
  • •Perform table maintenance duties and opening/running/closing tasks per House of Blues service standards.
  • •Respond to guest inquiries and requests in a courteous, polite manner.
  • •Safely transport bus tubs (up to 40 lbs) from table areas to the dish room.
  • •Support sanitation and operational tasks including spill cleanup, stocking, trash compactor operation, and assisting with special events as needed.

Key Requirements

  • •Food service experience as an expeditor or server in a high-volume environment.
  • •High volume kitchen operations experience.
  • •Exceptional communication skills, sense of urgency, and time management.
