Restaurant Busser

Maintain cleanliness and sanitation throughout the restaurant to support a great guest experience. Perform table maintenance and opening/running/closing duties following House of Blues service standards, circulate for atmosphere control, and respond to guest requests politely. Safely transport bus tubs, manage ice levels and line setups, operate trash compactor procedures, and handle spills, waste, and lost-and-found. Occasionally work special events and assist coworkers as needed.
