Key Responsibilities

  • •Secure the enterprise by hardening and securing cloud environments, secret management, collaboration tools, endpoints, SaaS environments, and IAM tools; drive continuous improvement of security standards
  • •Build and scale enterprise cloud infrastructure, including infrastructure provisioning, SRE services, 24/7 on-call support, Infra as Code, observability, and cost optimization
  • •Lead engineering tooling efforts with R&D to ensure policy, configuration, SLAs, and scalability for tools like Jira, Confluence, and GitHub
  • •Oversee Endpoint Engineering to automate deployment, observability, provisioning, and security policy enforcement across devices
  • •Manage Collaboration Management to provide productive tools (Gmail, Slack, Atlassian, Moveworks, Glean) and drive user satisfaction

Key Requirements

  • •10+ years of experience in cloud infrastructure management at large enterprises
  • •Hands-on experience with AWS; familiarity with GCP and Azure preferred
  • •Deep understanding of cloud-native technologies and production debugging
  • •Experience coordinating DevOps/SRE practices and Infra-as-Code; familiarity with DORA KPIs
  • •Ability to lead a remote, distributed senior team and mentor staff
