Technician Lead

Supervise field-based HVAC technicians who repair, retrofit, and replace heating and air conditioning systems in Laval. Lead training and day-to-day technical support, ensure health and safety on job sites, and coordinate scheduling, materials, and dispatch with service and project teams. Act as project manager for small turnkey service jobs, oversee work quality, manage inventory and vehicle readiness, and support customer requests using service technology tools.
