Key Responsibilities

  • •Support strategic treasury transformation initiatives at Group level, including project planning, milestones, deliverables, risk tracking, and action plans.
  • •Coordinate workstreams across Treasury, Finance, Technology, and external partners, and prepare governance and stakeholder reporting.
  • •Support deployment and continuous enhancement of the Group Treasury Management System (TMS), including requirements gathering, analysis, and UAT testing.
  • •Contribute to integration efforts across TMS, ERP platforms, and banking systems, ensuring data quality, consistency, and reliability.
  • •Participate in banking connectivity and payments initiatives, and support process improvement, change management, training, and end-user adoption.

Key Requirements

  • •Have a Master’s degree (or equivalent) in Treasury, Finance, Banking, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • •Have 3 to 6 years of professional experience in Corporate Treasury, Treasury Consulting, Finance Transformation, Financial Systems, or Project Management.
  • •Have a solid understanding of treasury operations including cash management, liquidity management, payments, banking connectivity, and treasury systems.
  • •Have strong interest in technology, information systems, and transformation projects.
  • •Previous exposure to Treasury Management Systems (preferably Kyriba), ERP implementations, banking connectivity projects, or finance process digitalization is an advantage.
