Job Summary

Lead growth and strategic relationship management for a portfolio of healthcare specialty and wellness markets within CareCredit’s Wellness organization. Drive account performance through disciplined governance, market segmentation insights, and cross-functional execution to improve enrollment, activation, and utilization. Own contract performance and retention, run analytics-driven performance management and test-and-learn pilots, and lead a dispersed team of strategic account and client services resources.

•Set portfolio growth strategy for assigned specialty/strategic markets and translate it into annual operating plans.
•Serve as executive relationship leader for key strategic accounts, establishing governance and driving measurable improvements in utilization and retention.
•Lead enrollment criteria and policy optimization in partnership with Enrollment, Credit/Underwriting, Risk, and Compliance.
•Create scalable market segmentation and playbooks, consolidating strategies, messaging, and tools across market footprints.
•Lead and develop a dispersed team of strategic/national account managers and client services resources while orchestrating cross-functional execution to deliver outcomes.

Travel: High travel

Salary: USD 130,000 - 210,000 annually

•Bachelor’s degree or 7+ years of equivalent work experience.
•5+ years of experience in financial services, payments, lending, or adjacent B2B client management/commercial roles.

•3+ years of experience leading cross-functional initiatives with structured execution and measurable outcomes.
•Ability to travel up to ~40% as required.
