Job Summary

Serve as Field Service Engineer/Senior Engineer for Lifecycle Services, delivering DeltaV DCS upgrades, cybersecurity solutions, and Lifecycle projects across North Region. Execute small expansion, ad-hoc, add-on batch work; drive lead generation and sales enablement; provide technical support for Guardian/Essential customers and DeltaV products; ensure delivery aligned with SMO standards and customer expectations.

Key Responsibilities

•Serve as Field Service Engineer/Sr. Engineer and Lifecycle Project Services expert for lifecycle programs in the North region and beyond as needed.
•Execute DeltaV DCS services and upgrades, including witnessing SAT and project-to-service handovers per SMO standards.
•Provide system and technical support for Guardian, DeltaV Batch, DeltaV SIS, Charms SIS, DeltaV Charms, and VIM; coordinate third-party communications and in-house service support.
•Drive sales enablement and lead-generation activities; develop and deliver workshops to customers to generate incremental lifecycle service revenue (40-50K USD regionally).
•Ensure delivery of services in alignment with SMO standards and contribute to process improvements and knowledge development.
