Key Responsibilities

  • •Own the GCC staffing demand pipeline across clients and prospects, including intake, validation, prioritization, governance, and quarterly/annual forecasting.
  • •Lead fulfillment performance for staffing requirements by driving deployment, external hiring, subcontracting, and alternative sourcing strategies while maintaining quality and resolving gaps.
  • •Build proactive workforce planning and supply strategies aligned to demand forecasts, including talent pools, bench utilization, and workforce readiness improvements.
  • •Establish GCC staffing governance and operational reviews, including weekly/monthly staffing reviews, standardized processes, and compliance with policies and workforce regulations.
  • •Develop staffing dashboards and executive reporting, track demand and fulfillment trends, drive automation/process optimization, and recommend data-driven interventions.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or equivalent preferred.
  • •15+ years of experience in IT services, GCC, workforce management, staffing, talent acquisition, or resource management.
  • •8+ years leading large-scale staffing or workforce planning functions.
  • •Experience managing 500+ annual staffing demands (preferred).
  • •Experience working with GCC clients and offshore delivery organizations, with a track record managing large talent supply chains.
