Production Group Lead - Beverage

Lead and develop production teams across Liquids and Spray Drying operations to meet safety, quality, delivery, and cost objectives. Drive continuous improvement, perform root cause analysis to resolve operational issues, and ensure GMP compliance for equipment, facility, and operations. Oversee team performance, training, and adherence to site policies, maintain production tracking for KPIs and monthly reporting, and manage direct-report performance up to disciplinary procedures when needed.
