Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead the design, development, testing, and deployment of core ADPS platform services using modern C# and .NET.
  • •Lead cloud-native solution design and development using C++, .NET, Azure, and AKS technologies.
  • •Drive end-to-end platform architecture and backend services delivery, including engine integration, performance optimization, and scalable cloud deployment.
  • •Own technical direction for platform components, services, and integration interfaces, including reusable frameworks, shared services, and well-defined APIs.
  • •Mentor engineers and guide engineering excellence through architecture reviews, PR reviews, automated testing/quality checks, CI/CD practices, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Key Requirements

  • •8-12 years of software development experience, including strong hands-on experience in modern C# and .NET (or .NET Core) and C++ application development.
  • •2+ years of experience leading technical teams as a Technical Lead or Lead Engineer.
  • •Experience building enterprise-scale cloud-native applications and distributed, scalable, secure, highly available systems.
  • •Experience with Microsoft Azure, microservices, REST-based services, relational databases (SQL Server or PostgreSQL), and data modeling/query optimization.
  • •BE/B.Tech or ME/M.Tech in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or a related field.
