Key Responsibilities

  • •Serve as a Platform power user and help customers achieve success with Anomali’s technology.
  • •Own and drive the customer adoption lifecycle from onboarding to full production maturity.
  • •Plan and lead QBRs/EBRs with analyst, director, and CISO stakeholders to translate technical usage into business value and security outcomes.
  • •Identify and surface expansion and renewal risk signals from usage data and stakeholder relationships to partners.
  • •Address customer technical requests by proactively identifying and resolving issues, coordinating with onboarding, support, and engineering teams as needed.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field, with additional relevant experience considered in lieu of degree.
  • •5+ years in technical customer success, solutions engineering, sales engineering, or similar roles in a SaaS/technology environment.
  • •Demonstrated experience presenting to and building trust with senior security leadership (Director/VP/CISO) and running QBRs/ERs.
  • •Expertise across enterprise accounts, SecOps, and threat intelligence, including at least one SIEM product (implementation, configuration, integration, and optimization).
  • •Experience using tools like Gainsight, Salesforce, and JIRA, plus strong networking and operating system/log telemetry fundamentals.
