Key Responsibilities

•Spearhead root-cause analysis on complex, multi-platform automated test equipment (ATE) down to the component level across RF, digital, and AC/DC platforms.
•Mentor and guide junior engineers and technicians on advanced RF, digital, and power system diagnostic techniques.
•Identify hardware retrofits and engineering changes to resolve systemic test equipment obsolescence and performance issues.
•Maintain test platforms with minimal supervision to minimize station downtime.
•Interpret schematic drawings and document fault logs and repair documentation to improve future troubleshooting and uptime.

Key Requirements

•Typically requires a Bachelor's degree in STEM and a minimum of 8 years of relevant experience.
•5+ years of test equipment design or troubleshoot experience in RF.
•Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government issued security clearance is required.
•U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance.
•Experience spearheading fault isolation and root-cause analysis on complex automated test equipment (ATE) across RF, digital, and AC/DC platforms.
