  • •Enhance closing and post-closing systems to ensure smooth file flow, regulatory compliance, and operational efficiency.
  • •Oversee day-to-day operations with fulfillment partners to ensure consistent on-time closings and delivery.
  • •Define and monitor productivity standards and performance goals on monthly, quarterly, and annual cycles.
  • •Conduct second-level reviews, manage exceptions and escalations, and troubleshoot the pipeline to clear obstacles to funding.

  • •Configure closing and post-closing systems to drive efficiency, quality, and compliance.
  • •Proven track record managing and leading decentralized teams.
  • •Experience managing strategic third-party fulfillment partners (mortgage fintech experience strongly preferred).
