Key Responsibilities

  • •Collaborate with Senior Field Service Engineers [Customer Engineers] to install, maintain, and upgrade customer equipment.
  • •Use digital analytics and basic diagnostic techniques to assess and address equipment technical issues, with guidance.
  • •Perform preventative and corrective maintenance on electrical, vacuum, mechanical, plasma, hydraulic, and gas systems (training provided).
  • •Coordinate and communicate directly with customers to ensure smooth operations and exceptional service.
