Support the Branch Manager to run all facets of branch operations, including inventory management, team development, customer value, and overall financial performance. Create a teamwork-driven environment, onboard and coach associates, and ensure a strong incident-free safety culture. Track daily/weekly/monthly performance metrics and support implementation of emerging technologies and new ways of working to improve business results.

Key Responsibilities

•Create a positive environment for branch associates aligned with SiteOne DNA and encourage teamwork.
•Onboard, train, and coach branch associates in customer value best practices to drive customer success.
•Promote daily safety and support policies to maintain an incident-free environment.
•Monitor key performance metrics and review progress with the Branch Manager on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis.
•Partner with leadership and Field Support to understand emerging technologies and ways of working, and support their implementation.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 19.39 - 25.32 hourly

Key Requirements

•1 to 3 years of experience in retail nursery, irrigation and/or landscape industry (preferred).
•1 to 3 years of managerial experience with leadership, issue management, motivation, and team building (preferred).
•Exceptional customer service skills to serve all SiteOne customers.
•Ability to respond to and resolve more complex questions using product and customer base knowledge.
•High School or secondary diploma (or equivalent) required.
