Job Summary

Implement and monitor project HSE plans and HSEMS requirements to maintain a safe working environment. Conduct task analyses, hazard evaluation, risk assessments, and corrective actions, and support accident/incident investigation and reporting. Deliver HSE and first-aid training, run toolbox talks and inductions, and ensure inspections and emergency response/evacuation procedures are in place. Provide daily/weekly/monthly HSE performance reporting and support HSE initiatives in line with company policies.

Job Function: Solutions Engineering & Sales Engineering

Key Responsibilities

•Monitor execution of HSE activities on a project to ensure requirements are met and site activity is continually monitored.
•Assist with developing and implementing emergency response procedures and evacuation plans.
•Provide HSE and first-aid training, conduct toolbox talks, and ensure inductions and visitor/supplier induction programs are effective with logs maintained.
•Identify hazards and unsafe conditions daily, raise observation reports, record corrective measures, and address/report daily violations.
•Ensure written risk assessments exist for each task and communicate findings/recommendations daily; inspect mobile plant/equipment, fire extinguishers, and site tools/equipment and maintain logs.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or Engineering.
•Diploma in NEBOSH or related technical certificates.
•Minimum 5 years working experience, with 3 years relevant working experience.
•Proficiency in conducting risk assessments and hazard analyses to identify HSE risks and mitigation strategies.
•ERP knowledge with preferred SAP functional skills.
