Key Responsibilities

  • •Safely operate and maintain asphalt paving equipment such as asphalt pavers, screeds, rollers, backhoe, and material transfer vehicles.
  • •Provide quality paving output by meeting standards for thickness, compaction, smoothness, drainage, and workmanship.
  • •Supervise and coordinate crew activities by reviewing production schedules and estimating work requirements.
  • •Inspect and ensure daily work quality and drainage, and perform required cleanup of gutters, sidewalks, and spoil piles.
  • •Prepare equipment for transportation, stage equipment safely, and train/mentor new crew members as part of the training program.

Key Requirements

  • •Previous heavy equipment operation experience or training (highly preferred).
  • •Ability to read and follow instructions, and write simple correspondence.

  • •Valid Driver’s License (reliable transportation).
