Key Responsibilities

  • •Collaborate with various teams to identify and integrate new technologies that enhance financial processes.
  • •Design, build, test, and deploy analytics and automation solutions (e.g., Power BI dashboards, Alteryx workflows) to streamline finance processes.
  • •Automate recurring reporting and data preparation, reducing manual Excel-based activities and improving timeliness and accuracy.
  • •Develop and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders to ensure successful project outcomes.
  • •Utilize strong Excel skills to analyze and interpret financial data; communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders to drive project success.

Key Requirements

  • •Graduation degree is REQUIRED to secure UAE Visa and Work Permit; if your university certificate is from outside the UAE, up-to-date attestations and equivalency are also mandatory (Recognition of Higher Education Qualifications Issued Outside The UAE).
  • •1-3 years of demonstrable hands-on experience with local applications such as Power BI/Alteryx or equivalent tools; Alteryx experience beneficial but not essential.
  • •Strong Excel skills; experience with data transformation tools or languages (e.g., SQL, Python) is an advantage.
  • •Exposure to process automation/continuous improvement (Lean, Agile, basic project delivery).
  • •Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; ability to work flexibly and adapt to changing priorities; creative mindset with willingness to experiment and learn from failures.
