Key Responsibilities

  • •Act as a trusted Marketing Cloud Subject Matter Expert within the Success Architect organization.
  • •Engage Signature and Strategic customers to evaluate and recommend optimization strategies for Marketing Cloud architecture, DevOps, performance, and solution design.
  • •Translate complex technical concepts for technical, business, and executive stakeholders.
  • •Identify and evaluate capability gaps for standard product capabilities or design custom solutions through customization.
  • •Develop and run playbooks aligned with the Success Architect engagement catalog tailored to Marketing Cloud customer needs.

Key Requirements

  • •10+ years delivering enterprise consulting and implementing enterprise software solutions in the Marketing/MarTech space.
  • •Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud Engagement (Email/Mobile) and one or more: Marketing Cloud Personalization, Marketing Cloud Intelligence, Marketing Cloud Account Engagement, or similar products.
  • •Deep understanding of data modeling, integration architectures, and data governance best practices.
  • •Knowledge of Marketing Cloud Engagement scripting languages: AmpScript, SSJS, GTL, and WSProxy.
  • •Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams from developer to executive stakeholders.
