Key Responsibilities

•Provide PM leadership for larger scale and more complex projects, overseeing budgets, forecasts, margins and KPIs, tracking hours and expenses, and managing contractual obligations.
•Develop strategies to engage project stakeholders at all levels, maintain relationships, and report on project progress.
•Participate in pursuit/initiation activities for projects meeting defined criteria, including go/no-go decisions, contract reviews, and risk mitigation strategies.
• Engage in contract negotiation and meetings to support project delivery and client relations.
•Mentor staff and provide performance guidance to mid-level to senior project team members while ensuring QA/QC adherence.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in engineering, science, or a related major, or equivalent experience in a technical or engineering firm.
•12+ years of relevant post-education experience in a project management role within the industry.
•Highly proficient understanding of project delivery process within the A/E/C industry and strong background in project management.
•Advanced proficiency with analytical and organizational skills, with business acumen to bridge the business and project management.
•Advanced proficiency with interpersonal and communication skills to interact effectively with leadership, subcontractors, and employees at all levels.
