Key Responsibilities

  • •Prepare the project program based on proposal, contract, and execution strategy, and validate it with Project Management, Engineering Coordinator, and Discipline Leads.
  • •Prepare the project budget, financial plans, and invoicing/billing plans in coordination with Finance.
  • •Verify the project deliverables list with the Project Manager.
  • •Set up the project in NetSuite to enable manhour reporting and project access for team members.
  • •Create project templates per contract and client requirements, and analyze project status and progress across planning, costs, risks, and KPIs.

Key Requirements

  • •5 a 8 years of specific experience in engineering projects within the Oil & Gas sector.
  • •Advanced knowledge of planning and project tools such as Software Primavera and MS Project.
  • •Proficiency with Office (Paquete Office).
  • •Basic financial knowledge.
  • •Desirable: English proficiency (minimum 75%).
