  • •Own financial operations across Mintlayer entities: accounting, treasury management, payroll, and tax compliance.
  • •Manage ML token, BTC, and stablecoin treasury accounting alongside fiat balance sheet positions.
  • •Prepare and present financial reports to the board and investors on an agreed cadence.
  • •Lead audit preparation by coordinating with external auditors and managing the audit timeline.
  • •Build and manage the finance team; implement accounting systems and establish financial controls and approval workflows.
