Own Mintlayer’s financial operations across multi-entity structures, including accounting, treasury management, payroll, and tax compliance. Manage crypto and fiat treasury accounting (ML token, BTC, stablecoins), prepare board/investor reporting, and coordinate external audit preparation. Implement accounting systems for a crypto-native organization and establish financial controls and approval workflows while building and leading the finance team.
