Key Responsibilities

  • •Follow standard operating procedures to keep equipment/processes/systems running and respond to failures, maintenance needs, quality issues, and defects.
  • •Use SOP instructions to perform PM card/CPM table activities, calibrations, and inspections.
  • •Support new and existing equipment start-ups, and gather data for entry into relevant systems.
  • •Monitor trends and follow escalation plans when deviations occur, troubleshooting via scripts or escalating as needed.
  • •Perform equipment operation and retrieval of data, work from schematics/diagrams/instructions, and recommend improvements to senior staff.
