Branch Manager

Lead and manage branch operations and compliance while building a strong client-experience culture. Coach, develop, and motivate a branch team to execute the Branch Playbook, grow small business relationships, and achieve sales and service expectations. Responsible for staffing, scheduling, recruiting, onboarding, and performance management, while ensuring timely completion of operational tasks and adherence to regulatory, security, and internal controls. Engage in community outside calling and partner with line-of-business stakeholders to deepen client relationships.
