Key Responsibilities

  • •Replace and repair deck boards and other exterior wood structures.
  • •Repair and reinforce wooden fences and gates.
  • •Repair parking lot wire barriers and related hardware.
  • •Perform small concrete repairs including patching and minor forming, plus general facilities repairs as needed.
  • •Identify maintenance issues, maintain a safe and organized work area, and coordinate with venue management on timelines and priorities.

Key Requirements

  • •Prior experience in facilities maintenance, construction, or skilled trades.
  • •Working knowledge of carpentry, basic concrete work, and general repairs.
  • •Ability to safely use hand tools and power tools.
  • •Comfort working outdoors in summer conditions and performing physical tasks, including lifting up to 50 lbs.
