Key Responsibilities

  • •Collaborate with internal BD teams and external project partners to plan and execute user operation campaigns, including campaign material preparation, cross-functional coordination, GTM execution, and reward distribution.
  • •Own pre-launch testing and product optimization, and support potential GTM initiatives for campaigns/products.
  • •Continuously improve the product experience in key flows such as staking, redemption, and reward claiming from an operations perspective.
  • •Build a data analysis framework using AI tools and generate actionable operational insights to identify blind spots and close gaps.
  • •Communicate with project teams in Europe and the US and provide product communication support.

Key Requirements

  • •Hands-on experience with on-chain DeFi products (including Lending / Staking / LP / RWA Vault), with understanding of yield mechanisms and risk structures.
  • •Ability to assess how on-chain products fit within the current product suite.
  • •Strong product operations mindset, contributing to product solution design from an operations perspective and leading planning/execution of user campaigns.
  • •Proficient in using AI tools for product analysis, operational data review, and campaign performance evaluation.
  • •Basic understanding of smart contract logic and experience with on-chain analytics tools such as Dune and Etherscan.
