Key Requirements

  • •Proven experience as an HVAC install team member and team lead.
  • •GA Conditioned Air Contractor (CAC) — Class I Restricted (State, RME Required; #1 gating item).
  • •5+ years in a management role overseeing field teams.
  • •Strong knowledge of HVAC systems including heat pumps, plus ability to read blueprints and schematics.
  • •Familiarity with building codes and regulations; follow OSHA electrical standard and OSHA Lockout/Tagout (LOTO).
