Key Responsibilities

  • •Participate in and lead structuring and execution of internal and external securitisations, including equity release mortgages and ABS/CLOs, optimizing capital treatment and return.
  • •Support ERM underlying pricing & analysis and contribute to cash flow models and investment recommendations for decision-making.
  • •Partner with Actuarial, Risk and Capital teams to refine longevity, prepayment, and property value assumptions aligned with Solvency II and internal risk appetite frameworks.
  • •Act as primary structuring lead across cross-functional deal teams, coordinating internal and external stakeholders to deliver successful transactions.
  • •Monitor portfolio performance, emerging risks, and covenant compliance, supporting asset management and restructuring activity as required.

Key Requirements

  • •Experience in an investment role (buy-side or sell-side) assessing structured credit and mortgage investments, including securitisations (ABS/CLO) and asset-backed finance.
  • •Extensive knowledge of securitisations (ABS, MBS, CLO) and/or equity release mortgages and underlying securitised pools.
  • •Strong cashflow analysis skills, credit fundamentals, and experience with structures reliant on specific pools of assets.
  • •Experience structuring investments in complex regulatory environments.
  • •Advanced proficiency in Excel, Word and PowerPoint (familiarity with Intex).
