Collaborate with cross-functional teams to escalate and solve complex problems, stay current on policy changes, and help drive special projects and creator-support improvements.

•Learn and use tools and SOPs, staying up to date with policy and process changes.
•Handle a range of support issues with a focus on efficient first-touch resolution.
•Lead on trust & safety-related concerns to help creators engage confidently and securely.
•Collaborate with cross-functional teams to escalate issues and help develop solutions and processes.

Key Requirements

•Fluent English required.
•At least 1 year of experience in a user support or customer service role.
•Experience providing exceptional customer service via email/written channels.
•Strong multitasking and written communication skills.
•Proficiency with computers, CRM software, and strong typing; excellent time management and decision-making.
