Key Responsibilities

  • •Own the end-to-end cycle of service reliability, including responding to outages and building lasting solutions
  • •Diagnose, resolve, and prevent field issues and deliver end-to-end improvements to core products
  • •Improve observability by introducing telemetry and refactoring codepaths
  • •Identify and implement data-driven opportunities for improved service resilience
  • •Develop strategic opinions on stability investments and inform the long-term vision for product stability

Key Requirements

  • •Engineering background in Computer Science, Mathematics, Software Engineering, Physics or similar field
