Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage full-cycle accounting operations and month-end close, including revenue recognition, accounts payable, fixed assets/capex, payroll, and cash management.
  • •Build and leverage AI workflows and automation tools within the ERP and adjacent systems to reduce manual work and improve accuracy.
  • •Drive process improvement across accounting and entities for efficiency and scalability.
  • •Develop scalable internal controls and design/maintain a SOX-ready control framework.
  • •Lead audit and tax compliance, serving as primary liaison to external auditors and managing technical accounting matters.
  • •Continuously improve financial reporting, provide accounting insights to leadership, and support monthly analysis, budgeting inputs, and accounting KPIs.

Key Requirements

  • •Public accounting firm experience (Big 4 or large regional firm) with audit background strongly preferred.

  • •Experience building and utilizing AI workflows/agents to automate day-to-day tasks.
