Senior Planning Manager

Own the UK end-to-end production plan and lead the Planning team, working with site leadership to balance efficiency, plan attainment, downtime minimisation, and workforce flexibility. Build planning structures, manage ramp and seasonal calendars, and elevate people through coaching and performance standards. Use data and KPI analysis to continuously improve planning strategy, drive cost-saving initiatives, and partner with BI and Operations to automate tools and processes.
