Key Responsibilities

  • •Own the UK production plan end to end, working daily with the site director to balance efficiency, plan attainment, downtime minimisation, and flexibility.
  • •Own the site planning structure and take responsibility for scale hiring by continuously assessing labour requirements.
  • •Own the ramp and seasonal calendar, planning ahead rather than reacting.
  • •Lead, coach, and elevate the planning team, holding direct reports to role standards and developing them.
  • •Continuously improve planning strategy using data and feedback; collaborate with BI and Operations to automate processes and refine planning tools.

Key Requirements

  • •Strong background in production or labour planning, with experience forecasting labour and production needs.
  • •Proven people leadership experience, including managing and coaching individuals to raise team performance.
  • •Advanced Excel and Google Sheets skills, with understanding of AI and how to apply it to planning.
  • •Data-driven analytical capability to base decisions on fact rather than instinct.
  • •Degree in supply chain management or a related field (preferable).
