Job Summary

Plan, monitor, and control the schedule for a Seawater Reverse Osmosis desalination project in the UAE. Develop baselines, track progress across engineering, procurement, construction, and commissioning, identify risks, optimize timelines, and ensure delivery in line with contractual requirements using Primavera P6/MS Project within an EPC lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

•Develop and maintain detailed project schedules using Primavera P6/MS Project.
•Establish project baseline schedules, milestones, and critical paths.
•Monitor project progress and update schedules regularly.
•Coordinate with engineering, procurement, and site teams for accurate planning inputs.
•Analyze schedule variances and identify delays and mitigation strategies.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Civil, Mechanical, or equivalent).
•Minimum 6–10 years of experience in project planning and scheduling.
•Proven experience in large industrial, infrastructure, or desalination (SWRO) projects.
•Strong proficiency in Primavera P6 (mandatory) and MS Project.
•Familiarity with EPC project lifecycle and construction methodologies.
