Lead all aspects of a Truist branch in Forest Hill by driving business performance through coaching and managing teammates and building relationships for Small Business and Mass Affluent growth. Execute branch engagement routines, drive branch revenue with face-to-face appointments and outbound calling, and participate in community and civic efforts to prospect new business. Ensure compliance with internal controls, risk management, training completion, and human capital decisions including hiring and performance reviews.
