Key Responsibilities

  • •Implement and provide operational support for technology solutions, including configuration, testing, implementation, ongoing maintenance, and support.
  • •Support IT production processes and efficient deployment of solutions for incident management, problem management, service level management, capacity/availability management, and IT service continuity.
  • •Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deploy solutions and ensure seamless integration and operational efficiency.
  • •Perform technical troubleshooting and provide resolution/workarounds to minimize business impact within agreed service levels.
  • •Provide technical consultancy to project teams, including defining/analyzing problems and ensuring solutions meet architectural and security standards.

Key Requirements

  • •Degree or Honours (12+3 or equivalent) in a relevant field such as Computer Science, Computational Mathematics, Computer Engineering or Software Engineering.
  • •5+ years working in related IT Engineering.
  • •Good hands-on experience managing and supporting public cloud environments with knowledge of security, governance, and cost awareness.
  • •Experience with cloud services (compute, storage, networking, serverless, container services) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
  • •Hands-on development and automation experience using APIs and technologies such as Python/TypeScript/JavaScript, plus Infrastructure as Code (Terraform) and CI/CD (Git, DevOps practices).
