People Trainee (6 months)

Support the Singapore People Team by helping plan, coordinate, and execute employee recognition and engagement campaigns. Assist with campaign logistics and administration, including scheduling, presentations, budgets, and event coordination. Help create and distribute internal communications through channels like Slack and town halls, develop recognition content, and research best practices to gather and analyze feedback on campaign effectiveness.
