Own end-to-end employee relations case management across Moniepoint’s global operations, ensuring fair, compliant decisions on disciplinary actions, grievances, investigations, and terminations. Serve as an objective escalation and guidance point for leaders and HRBPs on conflict resolution, policy interpretation, and culture alignment. Use ER trend and case data to identify root causes, drive preventive strategies, maintain audit-ready documentation, and support ER metrics reporting.
