Lead Design Engineer

Design custom condition-monitoring cabinets, field wiring solutions, and instrumentation layouts for gas and steam turbines, compressors, and generators. Work within the Engineering & Systems Design team to create system layouts, wiring diagrams, and junction box designs using E-PLAN, CAD, or MicroStation, ensuring compliance with CE directives and safety standards. Lead upgrades and complex projects from concept through validation and release, partnering with manufacturing, supply chain, quality, and customers to deliver on time and within scope.
